Yoga, to me, is not about performance — it’s about presence, regulation and reconnection. I offer private yoga classes as a mindful, therapeutic practice that helps you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and support your nervous system.

Each session blends gentle movement, conscious breathing and deep relaxation to help you slow down, release tension and return to yourself. By integrating yoga philosophy with evidence-informed practices, my approach supports nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and a greater sense of balance.

These sessions can be especially supportive for anxiety, burnout, overwhelm and difficulty switching off — helping you build calm, focus, resilience and body awareness.

On the mat, you learn to slow down and listen to your body. Off the mat, you carry that awareness into daily life — feeling more grounded, centred and at ease in yourself.
