Hi, my name is Egle Banaityte
I’m a certified Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher. But beyond the certificates, I’m someone who knows firsthand how it feels to live with anxiety, overthinking/procrastination and burnout.
For most of my life, I felt different: sensitive, easily overwhelmed, unable to focus, struggling with overthinking. Even small tasks felt like climbing a mountain. I thought something was wrong with me.
Still, I pushed myself hard to fit in, to achieve, to prove. Business studies, corporate life, and almost a decade as a flight attendant in Dubai. From the outside, my life looked exciting. On the inside, I felt overwhelmed, lost, and exhausted. I reached a point where I knew I couldn’t keep pushing through on my own. I needed help.
That’s when I found Hypno-CBT® and Mindfulness therapy. Step by step, I began rebuilding: changing my habits, calming the inner chaos, and learning how my mind works. (to work with my ADHD instead of against it.)
This therapy transformed my life and I was able to achieve:
